AMC Healthcare Ministry is based on a membership program. We have 3 options to choose from. Starting January 1, 2024, all patients must enroll in one of the membership programs. We have a pay per service option, the Remote Membership, a Refill Membership for those on medications and a Renew Membership for those wanting to optimize their health.

Enjoy the benefits of our Private Healthcare Membership, with the free and easy access to our “pay per services” menu. Perfect for out of town members or individuals with low healthcare needs.

If you do not have insurance, this is a great way to access healthcare for a reasonable cost. As a member, you will have access to lab work and have access to other services that AMC Healthcare Association offers.

for those who have regular prescriptions for their heath...

This membership is for those who have chronic conditions and are on medications. You can have unlimited visits and know that Dr. Ruth is following your progress .

You also have access to have a visit if you are not feeling well, for no additional cost. There is a discounted price for other services.

If you do not have insurance, this is a great way to access healthcare for a reasonable cost. As a cash pay patient, you will have access to discounted lab work and other services that AMC Healthcare Ministry offers..

If you have insurance, many people find that they are saving money using the membership model and enjoy the easy access to their provider. Having someone like Dr. Ruth who genuinely cares for her patients is pure gold.

Renew Membership

for those desiring more for their health...

Are you desiring to live your most optimal healthy life? Then the renew membership will be the best option.

The renew membership also includes access to the hormone clinic, the weight loss clinic, sexual health, Ketamine Clinic and for those on ADHD medications,. All of these different services require more monitoring of your health and the consultation for each of these clinics is included in the monthly fee. Dr. Ruth will take the time to design your renewal journey and you will receive the support and encouragement to accomplish your goals.

You can will have one yearly physical which includes your basic labs: CBC, CMP, Lipids, TSH, TPO, T3, A1C, Testosterone, Estradiol, PSA (male), a complete review of all current medications and supplements. She will cover your complete history along with your family history. This comprehensive visit will include you as a whole person, physically, mentally and spiritually.. Knowing what is going on with your whole life allows Dr. Ruth to better understand your whole health picture. Her desire is for you to feel your best and live your life optimally.
